Although this is a well known Adams photograph, he made very few large prints of it, many times less than his other famous images. Since 2002, Sotheby's has auctioned 10 copies of it, but except for two, they were all small prints, usually 10 x 8 inches. This is probably the only one on the market, and this spring at Christie's a print just like ours brought $60,000.00. The print is a superb buy! I also want to add that this photograph is one of Adams' strongest pieces when it comes to how it looks on a wall.
