"For Xiaodan" - Chinatown Tenements
Early morning portraits of tenements scattered throughout New New City's Chinatown

(Xiaodan: a girl's name meaning "little dawn")
Chinatown in New York City feels like the last neighborhood in Manhattan.
Both the neighborhood and the tenements are reminiscent of a more
unhinged and romantic New York. The series began in 2008.
